Have you started any new hobbies this year?

So last week I realized I needed a new hobby, one that didn’t involve my kids and would just give me some time to my self. I also realized I needed to become more active. Normally I would go to hot yoga (which is amazing) but decided to go for something different this year. Pilates was the final decision and I figured I’d give it 30 days to see if it was actually for me. I started last Sunday with a 1 on 1 session and it was awesome. The instructor made sure to explain every exercise and which part of my body it was targeting. Now I have 3 classes scheduled for this week and is excited.
