Ok ok, I’ve done this exact workout for two weeks straight and lost 1 inch off of my waist!! I do this routine 5 days a week for 15 Mins. YES, 15 MINS!!

I had a baby and my tummy control was none existent until I started doing a core routine that works for ME!

It’s not easy but it is simple and fitting for beginners. If you can’t do all the reps cut it in half. Just START where you are!!

But beyond just doing the exercises, there are a few key things I've learned that really help accelerate your journey. For those wondering about the 'best fupa workout,' it's often a combination of specific movements that engage the deep core muscles and consistency. Exercises like reverse crunches, leg raises (even modified ones where you just lift your knees towards your chest), and various plank variations are fantastic for targeting that lower abdominal area. When I started, I focused on completing a circuit with 10 reps per exercise, resting for 30 seconds between each set to keep my heart rate up and muscles engaged. The key is to truly feel the burn in your core, not just your back or hips. Achieving a 'fupa before and after exercise' transformation isn't just about the sweat in the gym; it's also about what you do outside of it.
