HUMILDAD
- Significa conocerte a ti mismo como “NADA”
Y conocer a Dios como “TODO”
Humility is often misunderstood as weakness or submission, but it truly represents a deep understanding of oneself and one's place in the universe. From my experience, embracing humility means acknowledging our limitations, mistakes, and the transient nature of our individual importance. This acceptance is not about diminishing oneself but rather recognizing that true strength and peace come from surrendering ego and embracing a higher power. Personally, reflecting on humility has helped me find balance amidst life’s challenges. When I consider myself as 'nothing' in the grand scheme, it frees me from the pressure to control every outcome. At the same time, seeing God or the universe as 'everything' offers a source of infinite wisdom, support, and love. This perspective fosters patience, empathy, and kindness toward others, knowing that we all share this human condition. Practicing humility has transformed how I interact with others, listen more deeply, and appreciate diverse viewpoints without judgment. In daily life, cultivating humility can involve simple acts like admitting when you're wrong, asking for help, or being open to learning. Spiritually, it encourages letting go of pride and connecting with something greater than oneself, which can bring profound inner peace and purpose.
