Practicing mindfulness in nature is one of my favorites. The sounds the leaves make. The feeling of the air, the smell of the trees instantly brightens up my mood. It always amazes how the earth is full of abundance, there is never a worry of not enough grass or leaves. It reminds me to always know that there are seasons for everything. I intentionally meditate on being patient repeating and reminding myself everything is working out for my highest good. I’m constantly growing in every state of my life.
