How do you stay consistent? On a day to day basis

1. Stop relying on motivation. Rely on routine.

Motivation comes and goes. Consistency comes from doing it even when you don’t feel like it.

Make it automatic, not emotional.

2. Start small enough that you can’t make excuses.

People fail because they start too big.

Start so small it feels “too easy,” then build up:

• 5 minutes → 10 minutes

• one task → three tasks

• one post → daily content

Small wins stack up into big results.

3. Build discipline through repetition, not pressure.

Consistency is a muscle.

The more you show up, the easier showing up becomes.

4. Create an environment that makes it hard to fail.

• Set reminders

• Keep your workspace clear

• Put your goals where you can SEE them

• Limit distractions

Your environment shapes your habits more than your intentions.

5. Do it even on your “bad days.”

Not perfectly—just do something.

A 50% effort day still counts.

Consistency is about frequency, not perfection.

6. Give yourself permission to be human.

You will have days where you fall off.

The secret is to get back on quickly, not quit completely.

7. Tie your consistency to a bigger why.

When your reason is strong, your discipline becomes stronger:

• your business legacy
