According to the allusion, which is a misunderstanding of the Central Development Company Limited's investment policy in Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, the Company refuses the information that has been made public and requests clarification as follows:
• The company has been given the opportunity to co-invest and partner with Dusit Thani in the development of the Dusit Central Park project since 2017, which has spent a total investment of more than 20 billion baht. The development project has been implemented in the hotel and office buildings and the Central Park shopping center is opening on September 4, 2025.
• Central Development currently holds 145,238,320 shares in Dusit Thani, 17.09 percent of Dusit's total shares since 2018. Central Development has always respected the management of major shareholders and supported the operation well.

Therefore, when Central Development was proposed to send a representative for the AGM to appoint as a director of Dusit Thani, Central Development envisaged that it would be able to use its knowledge to contribute to the continued growth of Dusit Thani's operations. Nominations for the appointment of directors were in accordance with the equity participation guidelines, which is the usual practice of overseeing investment capital without any control in Dusit.
