- how I messed it up -

In December 2022, I embarked on a weight loss journey that brought me immense happiness. I lost 15lbs and built a lot of muscle, and felt like I was on top of the world. But life had other plans, and I faced several challenges that forced me to stop working out and maintaining a healthy diet. Slowly but surely, I fell back into my old habits and gained weight, feeling unhappy and depressed.

However, I realized that the main issue was that I was doing it for the wrong reasons. I was solely focused on achieving a certain body type and not thinking about my health and wellbeing. So, this time around, I decided to start with my mental health and wellness and work from there.

I learned that it's not just about reaching a certain weight or body type, but it's about taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally. With this newfound understanding, I am confident that I can maintain the same momentum as before, with a better understanding of why and how it will benefit me.
