1) purchase bariatric vitamins (need to have iron in them)
2) Invest in protein powder (you can buy a big tub of it at Walmart for $25.00
3) Buy some crystal light packets & jello (believe it or not, they are sugar free!)
4) Discuss with your doctor if the bypass or sleeve is best for you.
5) Take a bariatric class, get medically & mentally cleared for surgery.
6) Remember that weight loss surgery is a tool and NOT an easy way out (you will quickly learn how to eat better )
