My life fell apart on this day
I don’t like this photo of myself because it reminds me when my life turned upside down. All the fake smiles , laughter and what not. But I keep it to remind me , that by God’s Grace he has helped me out , when I didn’t deserve it. Other things took place after this photo. Loss….heartbreak….abuse…..etc…Not many people know my past either as a child. Someone who had no business doing what they did to me …I forgave him after I was like 30 yrs old. Very few do know whom I’ve opened up to. But God showed me the way to forgive and do it for myself. I’m still a work in process and I’m living life more now than before. I don’t even like social media anymore to be honest lol. But I keep myself still on it since I have my family and friends ….few in number. It’s not about the quantity….it’s about those who have been there for me and never judged me , never belittled me , who actually love me and care for me. Even from afar 🥰 I have lost friendships along the way ….but it’s ok. They chose to do so and I’m okay with that. My biggest thing is not losing my relationship with Jesus ….my wonderful and awesome God !!! I’ve had anger , anxiety , depression , and God has taken it all away. Yes at first I was on medication for it. But after so many months . I surrendered it all to God , so I may rely on him only. Don’t get me wrong. I have nothing against people taking prescriptions for it. This is Me . I did this for Me . I honestly don’t know what gave me to do this post. Could be my testimony…in which I have a lot to say what’s happened in my life that no one knows. As long as I know I’ve forgiven and I know I’m going to be okay. That’s what matters. I’ll continue to fight a good fight. God has me ….I trust in him and have faith . Whatever time I have left here on earth , wasn’t for nothing how some of us put it to be. Sometimes we have to get broken ….just to get stronger. May sound wrong to you. But I see it differently at a whole other level. God is never too late ….with God all things are possible . JESUS went through far more worse than any of us put together in this whole world. We could never compare to him, ever. Now that I’ve had a brain fart 😂…I’ll end this typing. God bless you all and I pray if you haven’t found Christ as your Lord and Savior. I pray that you do. Even if many May comment negative things about God. Believe me , my prayers are with you and will continue to be. We all are worthy of his love , grace and mercy. IF YOU ALLOW IT….PRAISE GOD! 🫶🏼🙏🏼😊🌹💜 I love you all and remember, JESUS LOVES YOU MORE ! ❤️ #forgiveness #godsmercy #fyp #repent #godislove
Sharing from personal experience, I've found that healing after deep emotional pain isn't linear—it’s a journey filled with setbacks and breakthroughs. When life feels shattered by loss, heartbreak, or abuse, clinging to faith can provide a foundation of strength and hope that medication or therapy alone might not fully replace. Forgiveness, especially when it feels impossible, is a transformative process—it's not just about others but also about setting yourself free from bitterness and despair. One important aspect of recovery I've learned is the value of authentic relationships. It isn’t about how many friends we have but those few who accept us without judgment and love us unconditionally, even if they are far away. These connections are lifelines during moments of vulnerability. Surrendering anxiety and depression to a higher power doesn't mean abandoning self-care; instead, it often means complementing medical treatments with spiritual practices like prayer and meditation, fostering inner peace beyond symptom management. For me, faith has turned anguish into purpose, reminding me that even brokenness can lead to resilience and renewed joy. Social media can be exhausting but also a vital space to maintain meaningful bonds. Careful curation of what and whom we engage with online preserves our mental health while nurturing relationships. Through sharing testimonies of grace and mercy, we not only uplift ourselves but inspire others facing similar struggles. Ultimately, God's timing is perfect—no turmoil or darkness surpasses His ability to bring restoration. Embracing this truth helped me trust the process of healing and believe that I am worthy of love and redemption, just as we all are. Allowing God's love to transform our lives is the most powerful step toward moving beyond past pain and embracing a beautiful new chapter.
