Candied SPAM Bacon
I’ve made a ton of candied bacon recipes, but never did I think to use @spambrand Bacon… and man, these were insane. No shrinkage like regular bacon and the mandoline made it stupid easy to slice thin and even. Sweet, crispy, salty, and straight-up addictive. A must-make for any game day or gathering. 💰💯
Ingredients:
🥓 @spambrand Bacon
🥓 brown sugar
🥓 hot honey
🥓 jalapeño slices
🥓 my Cajun Honey Rub @tftibbq.shop
Instructions:
1. Using a mandoline slice up SPAM® Bacon.
2. Place slices on a wire rack.
3. Top with brown sugar, honey, jalapeño slices, Cajun Honey rub.
4. Smoke at 300F for 1hr.
5. Let cool then enjoy 🤙🏽
