What I made vs what he ate
I changed it up today for my son. He’s been just wanting to snack all day and not eating his food. So, today I gave him options and I’m actually really surprised with the outcome!
When he was younger I would make all his plates look like what you see on social media, very colorful, full of options, and healthy, but to be honest life has been busy with two. So, every morning I stick to just one dish and no you can’t have a snack before breakfast and everyone eats the same thing!
Today reminded me that not everyone is in the same mood for the same food. Giving him options gave him a little independence to choose what he will actually eat.
