3rd time doing gel X nails
Just documenting my at home manicure journey on here! The first two times I cured the nails on was absolutely horrendous 🤣 and so those pictures don’t exist but this time I finally got the hang of curing on the nails with no bubbles!!! Now to work on properly cutting my cuticles (bc that’s scary asf) and getting my shaping down when filing. I tend to over file which leads to taking away too much and ending up with a shape I did not want. Like in this case these nails are more round than almond which is what I intended. I’m getting a bit more comfortable with my E-file even though I definitely should’ve coughed up an extra $20 for the version that has the motor separate from the hand piece and shows the proper speed. This may not look great but tbh it’s not bad especially given some of my past at home manicures lol I’ve also have gotten more comfortable with my non dominant hand. Anyways all this to hopefully look back and see how far I’ve come. (:
