When my nervous system feels softer and more regulated, I notice greater trust from those around me because my presence aligns with my words. If you’re exploring embodiment, try focusing on how your nervous system reacts in social situations and daily life. When feelings of anxiety or tension arise, gently bring awareness to your body, breath deeply, and allow yourself to feel fully present without judgment. This practice fosters a sense of inner safety and can gradually rewire your nervous system to be more resilient.
