Things to do in ND besides Fargo or Medora
If you are trying to visit every state you will eventually need to make a stop in North Dakota. While a quick Google might suggest visiting Fargo or Medora (which I totally recommend) you should visit these less busy towns.
If you want to wander around for an hour or two Minot, ND has a historic downtown as well as some cute local parks and restaurants.
Bismarck, ND is home to the state capitol building (0/10 it’s super boring to look at). Outside of Bismarck you ca mn find trails and old forts to explore.
In between Bismarck and Minot you can find a smaller town called Garrison. This is home to Fort Stevenson State Park, you can rent a boat or go swim in Lake Sakakawea.
