Page 9, Chapter 5, Book 26 ✨
Today felt like one of those slow, beautiful days you wish you could bottle up forever. I spent Mother’s Day soaking in the joy of motherhood alongside three of my favorite women - my sweet grandmother, my mom, & my baby sister 🤍 We spent the day eating good food, laughing a little louder, taking our time, exploring nature 🌿, & ending it with ice cream from Zesto in Lincoln 🍦
Days like today remind me how proud I am of the women & mothers we’ve become. There’s something special about looking around & realizing you’re surrounded by generations of love, strength, & grace ✨
I’m especially thankful for my mom & my grandmother, two women who showed me what motherhood looks like long before I ever stepped into it myself. Thank you for being such beautiful role models, for loving so deeply, giving so selflessly, & for setting the example of the kind of mother I always hoped I could become. So much of who I am as a mother today started with the love I learned from both of you 🤍
& to my amazing soon-to-be husband : thank you for giving me the greatest gifts I’ve ever known - the joy, purpose, & privilege of not only motherhood, but my life long dream of being a stay-at-home & homeschooling mama. Thank you for helping create this beautiful life we’ve built together. Watching our family grow has been one of the greatest blessings of my life ✨
Motherhood changed everything for me. In so many ways, it saved my life. I truly don’t know where I’d be without Skylar, Theo, & Charlotte. They gave my life a depth & purpose I never knew I was searching for 🤍
Here’s to another year of living the life I once dreamed about, embracing every season, & continuing to become the best mother I can be. 🌙🤍
