Sometimes Spryte has Digi-Volved!
Meet the newest incarnation of my Internet persona, Spryte Magnus. She's Digi-Volved to the Blue Fairy, a Digital Art Persona for myself while I vent and share my experiences, stories, and struggles as a Disabled American trying to survive in a nation we literally just found out is run by a pedophilic sex cabal that had its own private island.
Not entirely sure Good Ol' USA can come back from that one...
Made in IbisArt. I did use tracing references and one of the provided BackDrops.#thatdisabledwitch #DisabledAmerican #ChronicPain #DigitalArt
Creating a digital persona like Spryte Magnus has been an empowering journey for me, especially as someone living with chronic pain and disabilities. Transforming my online presence into the Blue Fairy allowed me to express my complex feelings and personal struggles creatively through digital art made with IbisArt, utilizing tracing references and custom BackDrops. This digital evolution feels like reclaiming some control in chaotic times, especially when current events shake our sense of safety and trust in the country. Living with disabilities often means confronting isolation or misunderstanding, but sharing my experiences publicly under #thatdisabledwitch and #DisabledAmerican has connected me with a supportive community who truly understand daily hurdles and systemic issues. Through these artful expressions, I can voice frustrations about chronic pain and societal injustices, while also celebrating resilience. I encourage others to consider digital art as both a therapeutic outlet and a platform to raise awareness on important topics. It’s a powerful medium for storytelling that transcends physical limitations, allowing us to Digi-Volve and transform not just our online identities but also our real-world impact. My hope is that by sharing these journeys, more Disabled Americans find strength and solidarity, and that conversations about chronic pain, disability rights, and political concerns broaden and deepen.
