75 Hard Day 3
Day 3 of 75 hard. (My version)
This is my second round and some things I’ve adjusted :
•Daily Pics (I do it weekly now to see the progress better)
•2 -45 Minute Workouts . Adjusting to 1 hour
•Diet , last time I did whole foods only, but I was much lower energy, I’m adding some carbs (90/10) to keep up with workouts plus volleyball.

Starting my second round of the 75 Hard challenge has been a game changer, especially after making some thoughtful tweaks on Day 3. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of customizing your approach based on what your body needs. For example, switching from daily progress photos to weekly shots really helped me see the bigger picture of my transformation without feeling overwhelmed. Increasing my workouts from two 45-minute sessions to pushing towards an hour felt challenging at first but has significantly improved my endurance and strength. Balancing this intensity with my volleyball practices meant I had to re-evaluate my diet. Previously, I was sticking strictly to whole foods, but I noticed my energy levels dropped, making workouts and sports harder to sustain. Incorporating a 90/10 carb to whole foods ratio was a practical adjustment; it keeps my stamina high without sacrificing the health benefits of clean eating. This balance is vital, especially on demanding days when both mental and physical energy are tested. Progress in challenges like 75 Hard isn't just physical; it's about tuning into your body's signals and adapting accordingly. Sharing these insights could help others customize their fitness journey, avoid burnout, and keep motivated throughout the process.
