Daily dose of inspiration
1st of all….
I would like to say thank you to all of my followers. I have been extremely busy and extremely depressed. All of your interaction has helped me get through with some of my days. So,once again I’d like to say THANK YOU!!!
So today is the death anniversary of my mother. She passed away in 2004 and for whatever reason
(cause I’m sad 😔)
my heart is extra heavy today. So I’m hoping I can lift somebody up. Love yourself ladies. It’s amazing
Grief is a profound journey that affects us all in different ways. It’s important to acknowledge our emotions, especially on anniversaries that hold significant meaning. Engaging in self-care and reaching out to support networks can help alleviate some of the heaviness that grief brings. Practicing gratitude and expressing thanks, as I have done for my followers, can foster a sense of community and connection. Strategies like creating a daily to-do list can also provide a sense of accomplishment and help in managing overwhelming feelings. Remember to take it one day at a time and allow yourself to feel. Join discussions around hashtags like #loveyourself and #GriefIsAnOngoingProcess to connect with others who may share similar experiences. Sharing our journeys not only honors our loved ones but also reinforces the importance of living in harmony with ourselves and others, as highlighted in Corinthians. Together, let’s lift each other up in times of sadness and reflection.
