•4 bedrooms. Three for humans, one for office.
•2 full baths. One in master, one for kids.
•2 of the 1/2 bathrooms. One downstairs and one in basement.
•3-4 acres. At least one acre around house fenced in for dogs.
•Small chicken coop, and greenhouse.
