Summer running tip

2025/6/25 Edited to

... Read moreRunning in the summer can be incredibly rewarding, but it also comes with its challenges. As temperatures rise, staying hydrated becomes crucial. Aim to drink water before, during, and after your runs to maintain hydration levels. Wearing lightweight, breathable fabrics will help regulate your body temperature and make your runs more comfortable. Additionally, try running during the cooler times of the day, such as early morning or late evening, to avoid the peak heat. Another important aspect is sun protection. Apply a high-SPF sunscreen before heading out to shield your skin from harmful UV rays. Don’t forget your sunglasses and a hat for added protection. To keep your energy levels up, consider carrying lightweight snacks to refuel. Building your running stamina during the summer can also be achieved by gradually increasing your mileage and incorporating intervals. This strategy will help condition your body for longer distances without overexerting yourself. Lastly, listen to your body. If you feel unusually fatigued or overheated, take breaks and adjust your pace accordingly. Following these summer running tips can lead to a more enjoyable and successful running experience!

Summer Waxing Tip You Haven’t Heard
The secret to a smooth wax isn’t just in the technique—it’s in the temperature. Your wax should look like thick cake batter and cling to the stick for at least 5 seconds before dripping. That’s your sweet spot. Too hot and it’ll be runny (and risky). Too cool and it won’t grip the hair right.
