WHY IS KELVIN SO DIRTY??😭

I absolutely adore having him around in Sons of the Forest, but sometimes I just find myself yelling at my screen, 'WHY IS KELVIN SO DIRTY?!' It's like he has a talent for finding the absolute messiest way to do anything. Seriously, I've seen him chop down the perfect tree right in the middle of my budding base, or stand there staring blankly while a cannibal is literally gnawing on my arm. It's those moments that make you wonder what's going on in his head, you know? My biggest "Kelvin fantasy" is for him to have a bit more common sense. Imagine if he actually prioritized gathering resources like logs and sticks without destroying your carefully planned perimeter. Or if he didn't just drop all those hard-earned fish into the deepest part of the lake. I've had so many instances where he's just left vital items lying around, and then I'm scrambling to find them. It makes me wish he had a clearer inventory system or, dare I say, a 'pretty' good sense of where not to leave things. Another one of my fantasies revolves around his combat AI. I mean, bless his heart, he tries. But wouldn't it be amazing if he could actually draw aggro from enemies or help you take down a bothersome Virginia effectively? Sometimes he just stands there observing the chaos, and I'm left thinking, 'Kelvin, my dude, a little help here?' It's not that he's completely useless, but his 'nasty' habit of standing idly by during intense moments can be frustrating. I've even seen him accidentally wander into traps or fires, which just adds to the chaos. I also have a fantasy about his pathfinding. How many times has he gotten stuck trying to navigate a simple ramp or a slightly uneven patch of ground? It's almost comical, but when you're trying to quickly build a shelter, every second counts. I wish he could learn from his mistakes or adapt to the terrain better. It would make him so much more reliable and, frankly, a lot less 'dirty' in terms of his efficiency. Despite all these quirks, I still send him off on tasks. My current strategy to make him 'pretty' useful is to give him very specific, simple commands far away from my main base. Need logs? Send him deep into the forest, away from my trees. Need fish? Send him to a shallow pond. It feels like I have to micromanage his potential 'nasty' habits, but it's better than having him ruin a good build. I try to overlook the times he didn't grab exactly what I asked or when he's seen eating berries while I'm being chased. Ultimately, my Kelvin fantasies are all about making him the ultimate survival companion he deserves to be. He's got potential, but a few AI tweaks would make him truly invaluable. What are your Kelvin fantasies? Do you wish he was less 'dirty' and more 'pretty' efficient too?
