Mississippi Chicken

1 package of chicken breast

1 package of ranch seasoning

1 package of au jus or brown gravy mix

1 stick of butter cut into pats

8-10 banana rings

1 package of baby carrots

I put a bag of baby carrots down first, then the chicken breast, and then I sprinkle the ranch followed by the gravy mix. Put the butter pats all over the tops of the chicken, and then lay the banana rings throughout the top of the crockpot (you can pour some juice in with it too).

Cook in crockpot for 7-8 hours on low and serve hot. The chicken also tastes good on rolls as sandwiches.
