🌿 Guided Practice — Maternal Healing

Sit with your spine upright.

Close your eyes.

Take three deep breaths.

Imagine your mother standing in front of you.

Not the ideal mother.

The real mother.

Observe her face.

Her story.

The weight she carried.

Now, silently or out loud, say:

“Mother, you are the big one.

I am the little one.

You came before me.

I came after.

For a long time, I wished things had been different.

Today, I allow you to be exactly as you are.

I honor the life that came through you.

I take this life fully.

With everything that was difficult.

With everything that was good.

If I have carried pain that was not mine, I return it to you with respect.

And I keep only the love and the life.

Dear mother, thank you.

I take you as my mother.

And I move forward light and at peace.”

Take a deep breath…

Now approach your mother and offer her a gentle and warmth hug.

Look into her eyes, smile softly, and thank her once more for life.

Gently bow your head in honor and acknowledgment… even if only in your heart.

Then, with serenity, turn toward your own life.

Allow her to remain on her path, and you on yours.

Slowly open your eyes…

These moments of peaceful reflection empower you to move forward lighter and more at peace, carrying love rather than pain.
