Everyone wants a flat tummy until they realize how much dedication it takes. I used to wonder what I was doing wrong and why I was not losing weight even though I was working so hard in the gym? Well, from someone that has lost 25+ lbs, this is what I wish I did sooner. I wish I stuck to a consistent schedule balancing lifting and cardio. You DO NOT NEED TO BE A CARDIO BUNNY!! I repeat. Also, I wish I stopped eating out so much and wasting so much hard work on crappy convenient food. Cook at home, stay away from caloric sauces and learn about what macros are and what yours should be. Lastly, engage your core in lifts and train it HARD.
