So my other fragrance came new in box and perfect. For this juicy couture petals please, it should have been disclosed missing product inside, missing cap & charms & bow etc because that would’ve hindered my decision on buying 🤷‍♀️ yes it’s cheaper than retail store but I would’ve preferred
