✨ Flip through of my March bujo ✨
These gorgeous witchy ladies needed a moment to shine! These greens and sepia tones make me so happy. I'm kinda sad that March is over, but I'm excited for my April pages, too!

March has always felt like such a transitional month, bringing in the first hints of spring while still holding onto that cozy, end-of-winter vibe. When I sit down to plan my bullet journal for March, I always think about what themes best capture this feeling of renewal and a little bit of magic. Beyond my personal witchy ladies theme, which I absolutely adored, there are so many fantastic directions you can take your March bujo! For those looking for fresh bullet journal ideas for March, consider leaning into the awakening of nature. Think delicate cherry blossoms, buzzing bees, or even cute little ladybugs. A floral theme, perhaps with daffodils or tulips, can bring so much joy to your pages. If you're a fan of whimsical designs, you could create a spread dedicated to rainy day aesthetics, with cozy cups of tea, open books, and soft grey and blue hues. Don't forget about St. Patrick's Day, which offers a fun opportunity for vibrant greens, golds, and shamrock doodles. You could even dedicate a section to Women's History Month, featuring inspiring quotes or portraits of influential women. When it comes to color palettes, March is your oyster! Spring pastels like soft pinks, mint greens, and baby blues are always a hit. But you can also go for more earthy tones, similar to the sepia and green I used, for a grounded, natural feel. Adding pops of yellow or gold can symbolize sunshine and new beginnings. Experimenting with different color combinations is one of my favorite parts of setting up a new month. Layouts can also reflect the March spirit. For your monthly spread, why not create a mini-calendar surrounded by blooming flowers or tiny raindrops? Weekly spreads can incorporate a daily gratitude log where you jot down something new you appreciate each day, like a budding leaf or a sunny moment. Habit trackers could be designed as a garden path, filling in a flower each time you complete a habit. A mood tracker could use different shades of green or pastel colors to represent your feelings throughout the month. I always try to include a 'March goals' page, focusing on spring cleaning tasks, new healthy habits, or even planning small adventures as the weather improves. It's so satisfying to look back and see all the things you've managed to create and accomplish. Don't feel pressured to make every page a masterpiece. Sometimes, simple doodles, a few well-placed stickers, or a strip of themed washi tape can make all the difference. The most important thing is that your bullet journal serves you and brings you joy. I hope these ideas inspire you to craft a beautiful and functional March setup!
