IUI : the journey. Pre journey

Well I am 38 and I know the reality of FERTILITY kicks in .

Being married with TRICARE does not cover fertility but we agreed that we wanted to choose the private route due to time constraints.

Hitting timelines are so important esp with every passing month and public hospitals just have this perchant of dragging things out .

As an older woman ; I wanna share why the private route is a better one and the whole IUI start to finish would take only a month hitting all the important markers .

Doing it with Dr Jessie Phoon from ST0+G was the best decision . In and out ; no coddling , over explanation and doing only what is necessary . They have the best clinical assistant as well pris and Karen.

Watch the next story of the first visit and pre checkup . Would include rates

Public healthcare systems often have long waiting lists and slower processes, which can be frustrating when every month counts towards increasing chances of conception. Choosing a private clinic like ST0+G, where the entire IUI (intrauterine insemination) journey can be completed in about a month, made a significant difference for me. Private clinics provide a more streamlined approach with less waiting and more personalized care. For example, working with Dr. Jessie Phoon and the attentive clinical assistants Pris and Karen meant that each step was clear and purposeful with no unnecessary delays. This efficiency allowed me to hit all the important treatment milestones quickly, which is incredibly reassuring when facing the pressure of declining fertility. Additionally, private routes often offer more transparent communication about costs and procedures upfront, unlike the ambiguity sometimes encountered in public systems. This clarity helped me budget and plan without surprises. I highly recommend women considering IUI, especially those over 35, to explore private fertility clinics that value timely treatment and patient-centered care. It not only reduces stress but can also enhance the chances of success by avoiding prolonged waiting periods. Finally, if you’re covered by TRICARE or other insurance that doesn’t include fertility, private clinics offer flexible payment options and dedicated support staff to guide you through the process smoothly. Overall, embracing a private IUI journey empowered me to take control of my fertility treatment with confidence and efficiency.
