Just thought I’d share my morning routine and what has been working for me! It took me awhile to find a routine I could stick with, but it really helps me have a productive morning before I go to work! ✨✨✨#lemon8diarychallenge

After your workout, showering while listening to affirmations can enhance your self-esteem and may motivate you throughout the day. Take about 15 minutes to meditate, focusing on affirmations and jotting down intentions in your manifestation journal. Don’t forget to curate your outfit and skincare routine as these can affect your confidence levels when heading to work. Finish your morning by cooking and enjoying a healthy breakfast, ensuring you have energy for your tasks ahead. Preparing your lunch during this time can also save you from stress later on.
