Do You Take Vitamins?
As I get older, I’m realizing the importance of staying consistent with my vitamins, especially with perimenopause on the horizon. (along with managing fibromyalgia and my other health concerns) I’ve noticed a positive difference in my body, energy levels, and mood since making this a regular part of my daily routine.
I’ve also added low-impact exercises to my lifestyle, to include using my at-home Pilates reformer 3-4 times a week. The combination of these habits has really been beneficial.
Do you take vitamins? If so, which ones?
(edit to add: I am NOT a medical professional so please consult with your doctor before trying any new vitamins/supplements)

Vitamins play a crucial role in maintaining overall health, especially as we age. In recent years, research has shown that vitamins can significantly influence your mood, energy levels, and bodily functions. For individuals experiencing perimenopause or health issues like fibromyalgia, ensuring a balanced intake of vitamins and minerals can help alleviate symptoms and improve quality of life. Incorporating a variety of vitamins, including B-complex, D, and E, can support bodily functions focusing on bone health, immune support, and energy production. In addition to vitamins, integrating low-impact exercises, such as Pilates, can enhance overall well-being. This holistic approach to health emphasizes the connection between nutrition and physical activity. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new vitamin or exercise routine to ensure it's tailored to your individual health needs. Joining communities focused on health and wellness can also provide support and accountability as you embark on this journey.
