Some people are delusional!
I've encountered situations where people brag about their travels, but the truth isn't always what it seems. For instance, being deported is clearly not the same as freely exploring different countries. Genuine travel involves planning, sightseeing, and cultural immersion, while deportation is forced and often traumatic. This distinction became clear to me after meeting someone who claimed to travel the world but was actually deported from the USA to Mexico. It made me realize that we should look deeper before admiring someone's perceived lifestyle. Traveling the world is an enriching experience that allows personal growth and understanding of diverse cultures. Deportation, on the other hand, can interrupt lives and impose restrictive conditions. Recognizing this difference helps foster empathy and avoid misconceptions. In sharing this, I hope readers reflect on what 'traveling' truly means and avoid being misled by appearances. True travel freedom is something to respect and admire, while deportation is a legal consequence that restricts one’s choices and mobility.
