LTC meds are a whole different world ๐ญ๐ Passing meds for 25โ28 residents (and up to 50 on nights) is NOT the same as pulling from a Pyxis for 6โ8 patients in the hospital. LTC meds are way more tedious, time-consuming, and detail-heavy from organizing cups, bubble packs, vitals, diabetics, narcsโฆ EVERYTHING.
