ARMY… this one’s for you 💜

To celebrate the return of BTS, I made the prettiest little purple mini cheesecakes inspired by Borahae energy ✨

(Had some extra from the Easter Recipe - check those out too!)

These are naturally colored with blueberry syrup (no food dye!), giving them that soft lavender base with a deep purple swirl… and the real magic?

A simple powdered sugar stencil on top in the shape of the BTS logo 🤍

🫐 Homemade Purple Blueberry Syrup

This is what gives that gorgeous natural color.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

• 2 tbsp water

• 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

• Squeeze of lemon

Instructions:

1. Simmer everything on medium heat for ~8–10 minutes until berries burst.

2. Mash and strain (optional for smooth texture).

3. Let cool — it will thicken into a deep purple syrup.

🍰 Cheesecake Base (High Protein)

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, nonfat or 2%)

• 8 oz light cream cheese (softened)

• 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

• 1 egg

• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2–4 tbsp blueberry syrup (adjust for color!)

🧁 Crust (Optional but recommended)

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup crushed graham crackers

• 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter

Mix + press into mini muffin liners.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth

3. Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, egg, sweetener, vanilla

4. Fold in blueberry syrup until you get a soft lavender → deep purple color

5. Pour into lined mini muffin tin (over crust if using)

6. Bake 12–15 minutes

7. Cool completely, then refrigerate 2+ hours

8. Use a simple stencil to add powdered sugar to the top

Save this for your watch party or comeback celebration—because you already know these won’t last long 🫶

... Read moreAs an avid BTS fan and someone who loves baking, I found making these purple mini cheesecakes a delightful way to celebrate the group's return. The key to the beautiful Borahae-inspired color is the homemade blueberry syrup, which not only provides a vibrant lavender to deep purple hue but also adds natural sweetness without artificial dyes. I personally prefer simmering fresh blueberries with a touch of lemon and maple syrup to ensure a perfect balance between tart and sweet. For those looking to add a protein boost to their desserts, incorporating Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder into the cheesecake base is a fantastic choice. It keeps the texture creamy yet light, which makes these mini cheesecakes perfect for guilt-free indulgence. The graham cracker crust adds a wonderful crunchy complement to the silky filling. One tip I found helpful: chilling the cheesecakes overnight enhances their flavor and texture, making them easier to serve and perfect for gathering moments like watch parties or comeback celebrations. Adding the BTS logo with a powdered sugar stencil at the end not only gives a personal touch but makes the dessert super Instagrammable! If you’re a fan of BF-inspired recipes or eager to support BTS with themed treats, this recipe is a must-try. It perfectly blends fandom spirit with delicious homemade baking, creating a meaningful and tasty way to show your love for BTS and connect with fellow ARMY members.
