For best results, I use a cast iron skillet or ceramic baking dish to get that beautiful golden bottom crust. Also, brushing the rolls twice with honey butter after baking gives them an irresistible shine that makes them look professionally made. If you like your rolls extra soft, try underbaking them slightly, which keeps the centers tender and pillowy. One trick I swear by is letting the yeast activate properly in warm milk and honey until foamy; this ensures a light and airy dough rise.
