Save these
Ever notice overthinking doesn’t start with confusion…
it starts with a feeling you didn’t trust.
And once that happens, your mind takes over.
You start replaying everything, questioning everything,
trying to make it all make sense before you move.
Like you need to figure it out
before you’re allowed to move.
And the more you think,
the more stuck you feel.
That’s why I use simple sentences like this.
1. I already know what I feel.
This brings you back to your intuition
before your mind started questioning it.
2. I don’t need to figure this out right now.
This takes the pressure off
needing immediate answers.
3. I trust myself to handle what comes next.
This reminds you that you don’t need control
over everything to be okay.
They’re simple on purpose.
Because when you’re in that moment,
you’re not thinking clearly—you’re overwhelmed.
So you need something you can go back to
without having to figure it out again.
That’s why practicing this matters.
Not when you’re already spiraling…
but before.
So when it happens,
you don’t freeze,
you don’t chase more answers,
you don’t try to force clarity…
you come back to yourself… faster.
Save this so when your mind starts running,
you don’t have to figure it out again.
I speak what I become.
Healing is around the corner—you just have to keep walking 💜🙏🏻
