Hey everyone! 👋 If you're thinking about creating vision boards this year, or maybe you're just starting a vision board for the first time, I've got a game-changing tip for you. Most people, when making a vision board, immediately jump to vision board ideas for things they wanna have – like the watch, the purse, or those dream vacations. And while those are fun, I've learned the right way to VISION BOARD actually starts much deeper. My personal journey taught me to reverse it and start with who you wanna be. This isn't just fluffy advice; it's the foundation for a truly powerful and effective vision board. Instead of just thinking about what you want to *get*, think about who you need to become to attract those things. Do you wanna be courageous, resilient, kind, unafraid? Do you want to be a leader, an innovator, or someone who inspires others? When you build your life based on who you are, everything else falls into place. Let's dive into the 'Who, What, Have' framework, the way it truly works: WHO Do You Want to Be? This is the most crucial step. Forget the material stuff for a minute. Take some time to reflect. If you were your best self, what qualities would you embody? Would you be an entrepreneur who travels? Someone confident and articulate? A person who takes risks and isn't unafraid to chase big dreams? Write these down. For your board, look for images that symbolize these traits – maybe a calm ocean for peace, a mountain climber for resilience, or a strong, vibrant individual for confidence. This inner transformation is what sets the stage for outward success, especially in your vision board career goals. WHAT Do You Want to Do? Once you're clear on who you are, consider what you want to do. What actions does that future version of you take? If you're courageous, perhaps you start your own business, learn a new skill, or take a solo trip to a new country. If you're a compassionate person, maybe you volunteer more or start a project that helps your community. Think about what concerts do we wanna go to, what places do we wanna travel to, or what professional achievements you want to achieve professionally. These are the experiences and contributions that align with your core being. WHAT Do You Want to Have? Finally, we get to the things we wanna have. But here’s the key: these aren't just random desires. They are the natural byproducts of who you are and what you do. If you're a successful entrepreneur who travels, you might wanna have a stylish laptop bag, a beautiful, comfortable home base, or even that watch and purse you dreamed of. These items become symbols of your achieved identity and actions, not just superficial wants. They serve a purpose in supporting the life you've built. Tips for How to Do a Vision Board That Manifests: Choose Your Medium: Whether it's a physical vision board made with magazines and printouts, or a digital one using Pinterest or Canva, pick what resonates most with you. I love a physical board I can touch and feel! Select Images with Intention: Don't just paste random pictures. Choose images that evoke strong positive emotions and truly represent your 'who,' 'what,' and 'have.' Look for keywords from your personal insights when searching for images. Place It Strategically: Put your vision board somewhere you'll see it every single day – by your bed, in your office, or as your computer background. This daily exposure helps to imprint your goals into your subconscious. Engage with It: Don't just look at it. Spend a few minutes each day visualizing. Feel the emotions of achieving those goals, of being that person. This active engagement is where the real manifestation magic happens. You got this! This approach to creating vision boards has truly transformed how I set and achieve my goals. It's about building a life from the inside out, rather than just collecting things. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes! ♥️
