... Read moreIf you're looking to elevate your weeknight dinners with minimal effort, this Cowboy Butter Steak + Tortellini recipe is a great choice. From my experience, the key to a flavorful dish lies in balancing the spices and the creamy sauce. The use of Kinders Cowboy Butter Seasoning paired with Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning creates a robust, savory flavor that complements the steak bites beautifully. When searing the steak, make sure your pan is hot enough to get a nice brown crust without overcooking—this locks in the juicy tenderness. One tip to make the sauce even creamier is to slowly incorporate the reserved pasta water bit by bit along with the heavy cream, which helps achieve a silky texture without thinning out the flavor. Adding shredded mozzarella at the end not only brings richness but also creates a delightful gooey consistency that makes the tortellini irresistible. In my meals with friends and family, this dish was a crowd-pleaser especially when a sprinkle of red pepper flakes was added on top for a subtle heat kick. It's an excellent way to enjoy a cozy steak night without complicated steps or long cooking times. If you want to experiment, try different types of tortellini fillings, such as cheese or spinach, which pair nicely with the buttery garlic sauce and spice blend. Overall, this recipe is a dependable, quick, and savory dinner that everyone can enjoy.
