🛒 Ingredients
🧀 Cheeseball
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup finely chopped pecans (for rolling)
🥧 Pecan Filling
1 egg
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tsp all-purpose flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup corn syrup
1 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅔ cup chopped pecans
📝 Directions
🌀 1. Base
Beat cream cheese, butter & powdered sugar until fluffy.
Spread ½" thick on plastic wrap. Chill 45 min ❄️
🔥 2. Filling
Whisk filling ingredients (except pecans).
Stir in pecans. Bake 375°F – 25 min. Cool 🧊
🥧 3. Layer
Spread filling over cream cheese, leaving ½" border.
Chill 15 min ❄️
👐 4. Shape
Fold edges in. Wet hands, form ball.
Wrap & chill 2 hrs ⏱️
🌰 5. Coat
Toast pecans, cool & chop.
Roll cheeseball in pecans.
