Monday!
Mondays often get a bad rap as the toughest day of the week, but personally, I’ve found that changing my mindset about Monday has significantly improved my overall week. Instead of dreading it, I try to see Monday as a fresh start—a chance to set new goals and build momentum. One practice that helped me is starting the day with a simple morning routine that energizes me. For example, a quick workout or stretching followed by a healthy breakfast really boosts my mood and focus. I also make a to-do list the night before Sunday, so Monday morning feels less chaotic. Another tip is to schedule something enjoyable on Mondays, like lunch with a friend or a short break with a favorite podcast. This gives me something to look forward to and breaks up the workday. Finally, I remind myself to be kind to myself if things don’t go perfectly right away. Monday is about progress, not perfection. This approach made Mondays not only bearable but sometimes my most productive and fulfilling day of the week.
