Ingredients:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cooked and shredded

1 package (13–16 oz) kielbasa or smoked sausage, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup baked beans (any variety)

1 cup Chef Buns BBQ sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend), mixed into the dip

1–1½ cups shredded cheese, for topping

Chips, crackers, or sliced veggies, for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced sausage and red onion until browned and fragrant.
