My phone is filled with health apps, and symptom trackers, my notes is full of all my health data and information
The photo of me, and the photo of Bert 🐈 is to represent how i currently feel
I’m nearing the five year mark of the day i went to the hospital at the begging of this, and honestly it’s a little discouraging to think about, five years about 6 specialist and they still don’t know what’s fully wrong, it seems like every-time I go in I have something new and they never know what’s causing it. i’m ready to be done, but that’s not going to happen lol

Chronic illness can be a daunting journey, often filled with uncertainty and frustration. Managing multiple symptoms and constant doctor visits can lead to emotional exhaustion. However, the experience also fosters resilience and a deeper understanding of healthcare systems. To cope effectively, it can be beneficial to create a comprehensive health tracker, not only for your symptoms but also for your medical history and responses to various treatments. Joining online forums and communities can provide emotional support and valuable advice from those who relate to your struggles. Tips for finding the right specialists include doing thorough research and seeking recommendations from trusted sources. Remember, sharing your journey can not only help you but also provide comfort to others who feel isolated in their experiences. Embrace the vulnerability, as it is a powerful tool for connecting with others and raising awareness about chronic conditions. Through this shared understanding, we can build a supportive network that encourages healing and hope.
