As a spoonie, I have to keep track of my blood sugar and blood pressure, which is lowkey annoying but necessary. With blood sugar it’s important to also track the food you eat to see how it affects your blood sugar, especially with being hypoglycemic. Most the time when someone’s blood sugar is low they have to eat sugar to pop it back up, eating sugar will sometimes make mine drop, and i mean drop ⬇️
The blood pressure is easier to track since all i have to do is check it and write it down.
