I ain't gonna lie, with all the appointments I had in the month of July, it almost took me out. Lol. Going back and forth with physical therapy and having to spend HOURS on the phone with nurses, scheduling, explaining, asking, and being frustrated and confused. Wheeling around all over the place, embracing my mobility aids because I’m going to need them whether I want to or not, so might as well embrace what I need. But the HEAT, I think it’s coming for us all. Overall, it’s been a crazy ride. I got another diagnosis, had two or more appointments a week, every week. Got another referral, actually had doctors that listened to me, unexpected loss of an old mentor. It’s been crazy, it's been real, but I’m glad it's August.
