Self Published Author Journey

I don't know where to begin other than the fact that one day I decided it was time to write that book and publish it. After years and I mean YEARS of talking myself into it, I finally took that next step. You know that little voice in your head that keeps saying you're going to fail? Yeah, I knew her all too well. She didn't stop me though and honestly, should I "fail", I'll use it as additional motivation to keep trying, keep pushing and never give up. Cause life's too short so just write that freaking book!

My life is chaotic. I'm a single mom with three children and I work a full time job. My days usually look something like this -

Wake up and write 1-2 pages in my book.

Attend to kids and prep them for their day.

Log on work (benefits of working remote!)

Log out of work, get dinner ready and kids situated for the evening throwing in as much quality time as possible.

Once bedtime comes around, they sleep and I write 1-2 more pages.

Weekends I have several hours to write and that's when I usually get the most accomplished!

But like I said, my life is chaotic. I'm busy. But I Love writing and I enjoy creating stories that others will enjoy. And if I enjoy spice, I write it. Dark Fantasy Romance with obsession, alpha males, and questionable decisions. Yep, I write those kinds of stories!

My goal this month is to gain at least 100 additional readers. If my book falls on your TBR or next in line list, I'd be ecstatic!

The Desire of Cyborium is my first book - witches, monsters, protection to obsession, and HEA.

The second standalone in the series will be available February 28, 2026 called The Sin of Brym Hollow. THIS ONE I'm excited about! Wolves, dragons, obsessive MMC and FMC, forbidden romance and an ending that'll probably make you cry.
