Additionally, I found comfort in small physical reminders, such as carrying a charm or keychain like the “brighter sky shaker” mentioned, which serves as a symbolic nudge to remember brighter days during tough times. This helped me stay connected to hope and resilience. Remember, carrying the weight alone can make things feel heavier.
