My morning and night wellness routine

I’ve been there.

The yo-yo of weight fluctuations.

Quietly questioning your worth.

Avoiding mirrors.

That heavy feeling when getting dressed shouldn’t feel so hard—but does.

Especially if food has always been emotional.

The harder the day, the more you eat.

And then afterward—

the fog, the guilt, the mental spiral.

Replaying what you just ate like it’s going to undo everything overnight.

Promising yourself tomorrow you’ll be better.

More disciplined.

More in control.

And somehow… that promise never brings relief.

Just more pressure.

For years, I thought this meant I was failing.

That I just needed more willpower.

What I didn’t understand yet was this:

sometimes the struggle isn’t about effort—

it’s about support.

Learning why your body reacts the way it does

can completely change how you approach weight, food, and yourself.

I shared more about the options I explored and the questions I wish I had asked sooner—

not advice, just education and access to licensed providers.
