If you have any of these keep reading⤵️

I was VERY hesitant to share these because this is super vulnerable.. however it needs to be said..

Too many women struggle with so many of these and are hopeless in what to do.

If you’re reading this you’re probably struggling with more than 3 of these.. you’re most likely stuck in fight or flight mode.

Are you familiar with that? I wasn’t, until I did my research, imbalanced crazy cortisol levels aka your stress hormone.

If this is the case your body needs to support for your cortisol and hormone levels in a healthy way, simply like I did.

In the first 2 days of adding this, I began feeling significantly better. I finally started losing weight, my face slimmed, puffiness going away slowly but noticeably, and my brain fog cleared.

I’m sleeping throughout the night, no more wake ups at 2-4 am, and not feeling anxious.

My stress is wayyy down, happier and more motivated to do all the things I used to struggle with!

If you’re tired of struggling like I was, this may be the answer for you too!!

... Read moreMany people underestimate the impact of elevated cortisol, the body's primary stress hormone, on everyday health and well-being. High cortisol levels can put your body into a constant state of fight or flight, which not only affects your mental state but can also cause physical symptoms that are often overlooked. For example, an unusual body odor such as excessive sweating that results in strong-smelling pits and bad breath can be an embarrassing but telling sign of high cortisol. Hair thinning and brittle nails are common complaints, as cortisol affects hair follicle health and slows down nail growth. You might also notice flaky, itchy skin and increased digestive issues like frequent burping and flatulence. One of the most frustrating signs is unexplained weight gain, especially around the midsection. This is because cortisol promotes fat storage particularly in the abdomen, which also increases your risk for metabolic issues. Many people struggling with these symptoms also report sleep disturbances – waking up multiple times between 2-4 a.m. and feeling anxious or unable to relax. The good news is that supporting your body by managing cortisol levels can significantly improve these issues. Holistic approaches such as balanced nutrition, stress reduction techniques, and natural supplements aimed at hormone regulation can be very effective. Some have found success with specific cortisol-balancing drinks and lifestyle changes that reduce chronic stress and promote better sleep. If you find yourself experiencing more than three of these symptoms, it could mean you’re stuck in survival mode, and taking steps to address hormonal imbalances can help restore your energy, mood, and overall health. Remember, recognizing these signs early and taking action is key to reversing the negative effects of high cortisol and regaining control of your body and well-being.
