Instead of relying on caffeine, I found it more effective to prioritize practices like mindfulness meditation, balanced nutrition with an emphasis on whole foods that support adrenal health, and consistent sleep routines. Managing stress through activities like yoga or gentle walks also helped regulate my hormone levels. It’s crucial to listen to your body’s signals and not mistake exhaustion and puffiness for a lack of discipline. Supporting your cortisol levels can improve not only your physical appearance but also mood and overall wellness.
