It’s time you start listening to your body

If your jeans fit in the morning but not by 3pm, your body is usually trying to tell you something.

For years I thought that kind of bloating was just normal.

I assumed I ate something wrong

needed to cut carbs

or just needed more discipline

But most of the time it’s not about food.

When cortisol stays elevated, your body holds onto water, digestion slows down, and inflammation builds throughout the day. That’s when your midsection starts feeling tight even if nothing about your meals changed.

That was exactly what was happening to me.

Once I started supporting my cortisol instead of just eating less and pushing harder workouts, the difference was noticeable pretty quickly.

Less puffiness

less pressure in my stomach

and my clothes stopped feeling different halfway through the day
