1. you wake up exhausted even after a full night of sleep. this is not laziness. this is your cortisol stealing your recovery every single night.

2. you’re gaining weight in your belly and face and it will not move no matter what you do. cortisol literally tells your body to store fat there during stress.

3. you wake up at 2, 3, or 4am with your mind racing and can’t fall back asleep. that’s not insomnia. that’s a cortisol spike.

4. you feel anxious all day for absolutely no reason. your nervous system is stuck in fight or flight and it cannot get out.

5. your hair is thinning and falling out more than it used to. chronic stress literally shuts down hair growth.
