Day 11 & 12- everything hurts

Everything hurts especially my arms and legs! Sunday: I had nothing cuz I could barely move…..

Today: I didn’t wanna, but I made minimum effort to do something.

I wasn’t trying to close all my rings these last 2 days, but do SOMETHING!! I’ve closed my exercise ring both days which is good enough for me. I should probably give myself a true rest day, but at the same time I have a goal I want to reach by a certain time and knowing me 1 rest day becomes many.

Many people experience soreness or fatigue, but the important part is to keep moving, even in small ways. Studies have shown that consistent, albeit moderate, physical activity can boost your physical and mental well-being, which is especially vital on tough days. On Day 11 & 12, I managed to close my exercise ring despite the discomfort. It’s all about creating a routine that allows for both activity and rest. Setting realistic goals helps maintain accountability and keeps you from feeling discouraged. Remember to listen to your body; sometimes a true rest day is what you need to rejuvenate. Balancing effort with recovery is key to reaching long-term goals without burnout. Also, utilize fitness trackers effectively by setting reminders to encourage movement, such as standing after long periods of inactivity. Fitness journeys are not just about bursts of intense workouts; rather, they encompass consistent efforts, rest, and resilience. So, embrace those tough days and remember, every little bit counts towards your larger fitness objectives.
